Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
2 Corinthians 9:6 NASB

This Scripture is a fundamental principle applicable in many areas, even in Spiritual growth.
At this period where many are taking time out to seek God especially for the new year and decade, be reminded that a scanty investment in practices essential for spiritual growth e.g. the Word of God, prayer, fellowship (personal and corporate) and service would yield a sparse harvest of spiritual fruit, whereas a generous investment in practices essential for spiritual growth would lead to an equally bountiful harvest of spiritual fruit.
If you haven’t done so or have been discouraged, please endeavour to make your spiritual health a top priority by investing in your spiritual growth; I guarantee you it’ll have a positive effect in every area of your life.
Have a blessed day.
